How It Works

Fill Out Application

To start the mortgage process all you have to do is start with our easy to user secured online application. Your application will then be forward to a fully licensed professional loan officer.

Processing and Underwriting

We will work with you to gather up any of the necessary documentation and paperwork and submit your file to the underwriting department for loan approval.

Loan Approval

Our underwriters can typically get an approval on most loans within 24-48 hours as long as we have a complete application with all of the necessary loan documentation.

Closing The Loan

Our loan officers will either have a mobile notary come to your home or have you go to a local title office to sign the official loan documents.
